The AMP (Association of Muslim Professionals) has always valued the role of Ulemas and Aalim e Deen. We are dedicated to support Imams and Muazzins in rural Masajid and Madrasas, especially in places where it's tough to find an Imam. We have a project that helps these religious leaders and their families become self-sufficient.

In Madhya Pradesh, a self-help group is already working towards this goal and successfully assisting Imams in securing livelihoods. Our aim at AMP is to speed up and expand this project to establish at least 100 such livelihood support systems. Our bigger plan is to take this initiative nationwide and identify Masajids struggling to pay their Imams due to financial constraints and poor living conditions.
Unfortunately, low salaries are causing many Imams to leave their positions, harming the progress of Islamic education. AMP is committed to address this issue by actively raising funds to provide crucial support.

Update: By the grace of Allah Subhanuhu ta'ala in the past four months we have successfully helped in establishing self employment units to 110 Imams of different masajids in and around 200 km of vicinity of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. These self sustaining units are in the form of Kirana shops, Topi Rumaal business, Aata chakki livestock.
Alhamdulillah the Team is in touch with these units to provide them proper guidance on the trade, help them getting stock and other important aid in transportation etc.
This pilot project in MP has been successful Alhamdulillah, Now we want to go National level.
