I, RIZWANA FAROOQ SHERKHAN, aged 43 years, am ill from diseases like Diabetes, Depression, & Hypocalcemia. The medicines are very costly to buy for me, since I'm widowed & my husb& was the only earning family member of my family. Now I do tailoring on a very small scale. We are just 2 members in my family, me & my Son. My son is a college student & we live in a rented room. My income is insufficient to cover my entire family's expenses, let alone buy my medicine. These medicines are very important for me. If I missed one or two days my sugar level increases & my depression level is at its peak.

So I request you all to please help me buy my medicines for 3 months. Monthly bill of my medicines is around 4200/-. As a result, I ask that you assist me in raising funds for three months' worth of medications. Amount is 12,482/-I hope you all will consider this request of mine sympathetically.
