An earnest appeal to help me for treatment of my kidney ailments - I have lived with a single kidney all my life & that too is failing

Hello, good people of the world.
I Mohammed Azharuddin resident of a town named LOSAL, Sikar, Rajasthan (INDIA). I have been working into my ancestral work of grave digging in my village cemetery.
One fine day due to severe pain got hospitalised & got to know that I have been living my whole life with a single kidney which is also on failure line. There is no absolute amount declared for treatment but it may go to 10Lacs.
All the medical reports are attached to this cause. My father agreed to donate me his one kidney & my villagers & other philanthropists are trying their best to fund arrangments. No one but ALLAH SWT knows whether I would come out successful in this battle of life but to fight with this disease is my Farz.
On behalf of me, one of my kind brothers created this cause.
