The patient’s name is Manzoor Ahmad Shah & he has undergone a Kidney Transplant (undercard no. 143915) at kidney Transplant unit SKIMS Srinagar.
The patient is the sole bread earner of the family & used to work as labour before this situation. Now that the surgery is done but the cost of medicine is extremely high. There is no one in the family who can take these expenses as the family is too poor (in-person verification done).
He just wants to be healthy so that he can earn for his family again & seeks our help for completing the monthly expenditures till he gets back on his feet.
