Salaam Alaikum, Rehim Uddin, age 56, is diagnosed with a kidney stone a year ago. He is suffering from severe stomach & back pain & facing problems while urinating.
His condition is so pathetic, he is neither able to work nor has any support to buy essential medicines & other diagnostic tests.
