My Story:
Assalamualaikum warehmatullahi wabarakatuhu, I come from a below middle class family . My father is unemployed now .I have two sisters & a brother My sister just completed her graduation from NIT RAIPUR with the help of education loan which is still pending for my father. So, he find it difficult to pay my fees of about 3lakh per year .I am now entering the second year of my BTECH at IIT DHARWAD. During this unfortunate Covid time when education turned to online I strongly believe there are many like me who doesn't even have the basic facilities like a mobile or laptop to access the resources like all other students get This scholarship would be very useful for students like me particularly those planning careers that require many years beyond ug level.this would allow me to be more selective in how i spend my free time. i will be able to maximise my iit life through service learning & to attend many competitive coding competition techfest & workshops( that requires laptop ) that happens across the india where we iitians are welcomed but most of us couldnt attend those because of not able to meet expenses of travel & the registration fees . i myself faced this issue many times . I believe not just the syllabus but these kind of workshops actually make us more productive & give us that out of box ideas. So this scholarship means a lot to me.. I have the passion & determination to become a trusted member of my society. With my education, I can help children especially girl student from islamic community to get the education they need at an early age as well as higher education, giving the best chance at finding their own success. You’re not just helping me get through college. You’re improving the quality of life for countless families to come.
