I am Jainab Khatun a single mother of two children pursuing degrees in Gov college. I left my in-laws house years back due to domestic violence & started working for my livelihood I am a social worker & a counsellor in a de-addiction center .
Since one & half year I am ailing from lumber spondilities in spine & multiple fibroids in uterus. I met with an accident 3 years ago & having generalized seizures too. But due to lack of money & less salary it became a challenge to do my treatment & also to meet both ends meet.
Now i am suffering more & unable to work.
Doctor advised to undergo surgery as soon as possible within 15 days.

I am inurgent need of 45000/- more to continue treatment. Iearnestly request to help me for my treatment.
