My self Mohammed Sultan.I have three more siblings one brother and two sisters.My Father works in Kirana shop.My mother is no more.
I m suffering from severe diabetis from the last 5 years, my leg is in severe infection from last 2 months.
I have gone under surgery earlier too, now 2nd surgery is planned. Please help me with 2 lakh for my surgery.
I am not able to afford this surgery due to lack of money. I don't have any source of income. I'm the eldest brother in family but due to this diabetes I am unable to work and can't help my father in the expenses.
