Assalamu alaykum,

My name is Noorjahan Salim Shaikh, and I am in urgent need of your help. I am battling mouth cancer, specifically on the right side of Buccal Mucosa, and have reached the 3rd stage. The tumor is at risk of bursting if not treated promptly. 

Thankfully, I have been responding well to the treatment so far, and I am now able to eat and perform my daily activities. However, our funds have been completely exhausted, and I require financial assistance to complete my weekly treatment. Your kind support is crucial for me to continue my fight against cancer.
