Life has become a heavy test for Ali Fathima, a mother who is struggling to protect and care for her children during very difficult times. She is facing severe financial and personal hardship, yet she continues to fight for the wellbeing of her two sons.

Ali Fathima’s husband is addicted to alcohol and has stopped working, leaving the entire responsibility of the family on her shoulders. With no financial support from him, she had no choice but to leave her home and move in with her elderly mother.

Her mother runs a small tiffin shop, preparing and selling simple food items to earn a little income for the family. Whatever they earn from this small business is just enough to manage daily food and basic expenses. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near enough to handle a medical emergency.

Ali Fathima has two sons aged 15 and 12 years. Recently, their lives became even more difficult when her younger son, 12 years old, was diagnosed with Perthes disease affecting his right hip. This serious condition damages the hip joint and causes severe pain and difficulty in walking.

Doctors have clearly advised that urgent surgery is required to prevent the disease from worsening. Without proper treatment, the child may face permanent problems in walking and mobility. With timely surgery, however, he has a strong chance of recovering and living a normal life.

The estimated cost for the surgery is ₹2,27,500, an amount that is impossible for the family to arrange. The small earnings from the tiffin shop barely cover their daily survival, leaving no savings for such a major medical expense.

Today, Ali Fathima is reaching out with a humble request to kind-hearted people. She is not asking for comfort or luxury—only help to give her son the chance to walk without pain and live a healthy life.
