Brother Shabir of Bangalore would be debarred from the semester exam if he does not clear his College fees on time

I am Shabir Ahmad from Bangalore, studying in my 2nd year of B.Com.
I was brought up by a single parent. I am unable to pay my college fees on time. If I fail to pay my fees I will be debarred from appearing in the Semester exam which will occur in the last week of March.
I do some part-time job on the weekends to support my family of 5 members, including aged gr&parents. The earning of my family got consumed in taking care of the daily family needs.
