The boy named AHIL AKHTAR is just 4 years old & an orphan, his father died a few years back & his mother married another person leaving this kid with his gr&ma his only caretaker.
AHIL is suffering from severe infection in the liver & one of his kidney, & the other one is completely failed.
The medical reports are attached, a sum of 40000 is required for the operation (before Thu 17th June 2021), out of which 20000 had been arranged, they need your kind help & contribution to arrange the remaining money.
