Location: Dhubri, Assam

Dhubri District is the most backward & flood-affected district of Assam. 80% of the Muslim population lives in rural char areas & most of them are economically backward. Every year flood hits Dhubri District & damages a large amount of infrastructure which causes huge losses. Due to this devastation this year a large number of Muslim char areas people lost their houses & daily wages works & also due to flood they became homeless & bound to beg in the roadside.

We have identified 200 Orphans, Homeless, Beggars, Disable persons, flood-affected & some Below Poverty Line Muslim Labourers whose daily income lies between Rs 50 to Rs 100. This person couldn't even buy new clothes & some good food items for themselves during the month of Ramadan & in Eid al-Fitr with their income or by begging. So, We have decided to run a campaign to raise some funds for them to buy new clothes like- Panjabi, Genji (vest) & Lungi for men & Saree, Blouse, petticoat for females & some food items like- Rice, Basmati Rice, Oil, Dal, Salt, Sugar, Vermicilli, Dates (Khejur), Fruits, Spices, etc. We will make a Ramadan kit for them with the following items & will distribute it to them as soon as possible after getting some contributions from all the kind-hearted donors of IndiaZakat & AMP.

Each Ramadan kit costs - Rs 2500/-

Please support this Novel Cause for the sake of the welfare of our Muslim people & give your helping h&s through a little contribution which will help at least 200 people during this Ramadan month & Eid-al-Fitr. In return, Allah will also help you with good health & wealth.
