Algeber Institute of Teachers Training is part of the Algeber Foundation, based in Ranchi & Patna. One of the main aims of the Foundation is to support Muslim women and empower them to earn a dignified living and support their families.

Their vision is to create Shariah-compliant jobs for Muslim women as Teachers in distinguished schools of the urban as well as rural areas in Bihar & Jharkhand.

Today, many of our Muslim sisters toil tirelessly in the bustling malls, retail outlets, branded showrooms and offices, often compromising with what is not allowed in Shariah and that too at meagre wages, struggling to make ends meet.

But imagine a world where they could uplift themselves through dignified work, where they could inspire generations to come!

Algeber Foundation has now tied up the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) to train and empower 100 such women with the AMP Certified rigorous Diploma in Nursery, Teachers Training (NTT) and Primary Teachers Training (PTT) programs. Through these training programs, unskilled, semi-literate women will receive the skills and knowledge needed to excel with Children in the classroom.

However, for these trainings, each beneficiary requires an investment of a minimum ₹25,000 to cover one full year of training costs.
