My name is Tahera Banu, and I am a widow and mother struggling to hold my family together after the sudden death of my husband — may Allah have mercy on him. He was the only earning member in our household, and his passing has left us in a state of deep emotional and financial hardship.

I have no one else to rely on but Allah, and I am trying my best to stay strong for my children, especially my daughters whose education and future I wish to protect.

Alhamdulillah, I know tailoring, and I want to start a small home-based sewing business so I can earn a halal income. This would help me pay our house rent, put food on the table, and most importantly, educate my daughters so they don’t have to suffer the way I am suffering today.

However, I cannot afford a sewing machine or the materials I need to begin.

I am humbly appealing to your kind heart — please help me purchase a sewing machine so I can support my family with dignity and hope.
