Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, Dear donors

My name is Zaba Nehal, and I am a single mother of two school-going children. With a heavy heart, I reach out to the kind and compassionate members of our Muslim community, seeking help to continue my children’s education.

My husband abandoned us, leaving me alone to care for my children. With no stable income and poor health that does not allow me to work, I currently stay with my brother, who supports us only with food and shelter. All other expenses, especially my children’s education, are my responsibility, a responsibility I am struggling to fulfill.

My son, MD Taha (14 years old), is studying in 7th grade, and my daughter, Maryam Insha, is in 5th grade at Assembly of Bright Career School. The total annual school fees for my son is ₹24,300, and for my daughter is ₹20,900. I have somehow managed to pay ₹4,500, but the remaining pending fees amount to ₹40,700, which I am unable to arrange.

Due to our financial hardship, my young son has started working at a small shop to support our basic needs. As a mother, it breaks my heart to see such a heavy responsibility placed on his tender shoulders at such a young age. I fear that if help does not arrive soon, my children may be forced to discontinue their education.

Education is the only hope I have for my children’s future, a path that can protect them from lifelong hardship. I humbly request the generous donors of IndiaZakat to come forward and help clear my children’s pending school fees.
