Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, Dear donors

My name is Luqman Shah, and I am a daily wage laborer working on road construction. I am writing this appeal with a heavy heart to seek help for my daughter Fatema Bi’s Nikah, which is scheduled for 25th January 2026.

My income is very small and uncertain. Some days I get work, and some days I return home with nothing. With this income, it is difficult for me to provide even basic needs like food and clothing for my family. My wife is a housewife and has no source of income. My elder son works in a small press and earns only ₹9,000 per month, which is not enough to run the household.

Because of our poor financial condition, I am unable to make even the basic arrangements for my daughter’s Nikah. As a father, it is very painful for me that I cannot fulfill this responsibility on my own. We only wish to perform the Nikah in a simple way, according to the Sunnah, with dignity and respect.

I humbly request you to support us with your Zakat or Sadaqah. Your help will ease our hardship and allow my daughter to begin her married life with honor.

May Allah accept your kindness, reward you for helping a needy family, and put barakah in your wealth.
