Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,This is a heartfelt appeal from Akhtar Khan, a father who is fighting for his life while holding on to hope for his two little daughters.

Akhtar is currently undergoing treatment at Chhoithram Hospital in Indore. His kidneys have completely failed, and he is dependent on regular dialysis to survive. Every dialysis session is painful, exhausting, and emotionally draining. It reminds him how fragile his life has become.

Akhtar lost his parents when he was just a child. Today, he does not have strong family support to lean on during this difficult time. He is fighting this battle almost alone.

He has two very young daughters who depend on him completely. They are too small to understand the seriousness of their father’s illness, but they need him for their future, protection, and love.

His wife is doing her best to support the family by giving tuition to children. However, her small income is only enough to cover basic household expenses like food, rent, and utilities. The medical costs of dialysis, medicines, and hospital visits are overwhelming.

Doctors have clearly advised that a kidney transplant is his only chance to return to a normal life. Without a transplant, he will remain dependent on dialysis, and his health may continue to weaken. Unfortunately, the cost of the transplant surgery, hospital stay, and lifelong medicines is far beyond their financial capacity.

Akhtar does not want to give up. His biggest wish is simple — to live for his daughters, to see them grow, study well, and build a bright future.
