Katheeja Banu is a single mother of two lovely daughters, Farhat and Sakina. Four years ago, she was separated from her husband. Since then, she has been standing on her own, working very hard to take care of her children.

She works as a shadow teacher for special-needs children and also takes home tuition to earn a small income. Even after working long hours every day, her income is still not enough to meet their basic needs and school expenses.

Education is the only hope she has for her daughters’ future.

Sadly, their school fees for the academic year 2025–2026 are still pending.

• Sakina – Pending fees: ₹64,524

• Farhat – Pending fees: ₹78,000

Because of these unpaid fees, their education is now at risk.

Last year, with the help of kind donors through IZC, support was arranged for both daughters. Once again, this mother is reaching out with hope in her heart and trust in Allah.
