My name is Firdose Ahmed Koka. I am a physically challenged person and belong to a very poor family. With great hope and humility, I am requesting your kind support for the sake of Allah.

I was running a Common Service Centre (CSC) in our area to provide important digital services to the community, such as online applications, government services, photocopy, and other basic needs. This small centre was the only source of income for my family. Unfortunately, due to severe damage to my equipment, I had to stop my work completely. I lost my computer and Xerox machine, and without them, I cannot continue my services. Today, I have no income.

Our situation has become even more difficult because my father has been suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) for the past 54 years. He needs regular medicines, treatment, and care. The medical expenses are very high, and without my earnings from the CSC, we are unable to manage his treatment and even our daily living expenses.

We are now in urgent need of Zakat assistance to:

• Cover my father’s medical expenses
• Manage basic household needs
• Purchase a basic computer and Xerox machine to restart my CSC and earn a livelihood again
