Rasheed Bhai lives in Tonk, Rajasthan, and serves his local mosque with sincerity and dedication. Every day, he performs the duty of a Muazzin, calling people to prayer and helping in the service of the mosque. His service is humble and sincere, but the small income he receives is not enough to support his family.

Rasheed Bhai is a very poor and needy person. Despite working honestly, his earnings are so limited that it has become difficult for him to manage daily household expenses and basic needs. Even simple things like food, rent, and family necessities have become a struggle.

However, Rasheed Bhai does not want to depend on others for charity. He wants to earn a halal livelihood with dignity and self-respect. To achieve this, he is hoping to buy a second-hand auto rickshaw. If he can get this vehicle, he will work as an auto driver during the day alongside his service in the mosque. This will allow him to earn a daily income and take care of his family without having to ask anyone for help.

Helping someone become self-reliant is one of the most beautiful forms of charity. Allah (SWT) reminds us in the Qur’an:

“Those who spend in the way of Allah – He multiplies their wealth many times over.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah)
