A sudden accident has changed everything for MD Mansoor, a very poor daily wage labourer, and his family.

After a severe fall, Mansoor suffered multiple traumatic spinal injuries, the most critical being a burst compression fracture of the L1 vertebra. His spine has lost nearly 60% of its strength at that level, and the injury has extended into vital posterior structures—making it highly unstable and life-threatening.

Worse still, there is severe spinal canal narrowing, compressing the cauda equina nerve roots—a condition that can lead to permanent paralysis, loss of bladder/bowel control, and lifelong disability if not treated urgently.

He has also sustained: • Additional fractures at L2, D12, and S4
• Disc protrusion and nerve compression
• Bone swelling (marrow edema)

🩺 Doctors have advised urgent surgical intervention to stabilize his spine and relieve pressure on the nerves. Time is critical.

💔 Mansoor is the sole breadwinner of his family, working as a labourer. With no savings or financial support, his family is struggling to afford the high cost of surgery, hospitalization, and rehabilitation.
