Today, we bring before you a heartfelt appeal from a daughter who is desperately trying to save her father and help him recover from a life-changing illness.

Mohammed Akhlaq Hussain is a dedicated school teacher and a loving father who spent his life educating children and providing for his family. He was the sole earning member of the household, supporting the education and future of his children with honesty and hard work.

On 23rd January 2023, the family's life changed overnight when Mohammed Akhlaq Hussain suffered a devastating brain stroke. He had to undergo a craniotomy (brain surgery), and the left side of his body became fully paralyzed.

The man who once stood in front of classrooms teaching students was suddenly unable to walk, move independently, or even take care of himself. Watching their father suffer in this condition has been heartbreaking for his children and family.

Despite severe financial difficulties, the family managed to admit him to a rehabilitation center. By the mercy of Allah ﷻ and months of therapy, he has shown encouraging improvement and has regained partial mobility. Today, he can stand on his feet with support, giving the family renewed hope for his recovery.

However, doctors have advised that he requires at least six more months of continuous rehabilitation to regain further independence and improve his quality of life. Unfortunately, the treatment expenses are beyond the family's capacity, especially since their father remains unable to earn.

His children dream of seeing him walk again, teach again, and live with dignity. Without continued treatment, the progress he has made may be lost, and his recovery could come to a halt.
