Today, we bring before you the heartfelt appeal of Mr. Chand Imam Saiyyad, a 50-year-old husband and father who is fighting a difficult battle for his life.

Mr. Chand Imam Saiyyad is suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), a severe condition in which both kidneys have lost their ability to function properly. To stay alive, he currently undergoes regular haemodialysis treatments, a physically exhausting and emotionally challenging process that has become a part of his daily struggle.

After careful medical evaluation, doctors have advised a Cadaveric Kidney (Renal) Transplant as the best and most effective option to save his life and improve his quality of life. Until a suitable donor kidney becomes available, he must continue undergoing dialysis, which places an additional financial and emotional burden on the family.

The family's situation is extremely difficult. His wife works as a housemaid, earning a modest income that is barely enough to cover household expenses and daily necessities. Managing the costs of dialysis sessions, medications, hospital visits, and other medical needs has become overwhelming.

Every dialysis session is a reminder of the urgent need for treatment. The family lives with constant uncertainty, praying for a donor and hoping for the opportunity to give their loved one a second chance at life.

As a husband, father, and member of the community, Chand Imam dreams of recovering his health and returning to a normal life. However, without support, this journey remains incredibly difficult.
