WHO ARE WE?
Marwar Muslim Educational & Welfare Society (MMEWS), Jodhpur (Rajasthan) is the organization that has been firmly adopted Sir Syed's educational movement to promote & propagate education, when the education has become a business for many educational institutions. MMEWS has vowed to represent the true image of Indian education system.

WHAT DO WE DO?

• We are running 32 educational & welfare institutions covering strength of more than 13000 students from Pre-Primary to Doctorate Level.
• We provide employment & economic development to the weaker section of the society.

ACHIEVEMENTS
In the recent years, MMEWS has provided great services to the health sector. Following are some of the services provided by the society:

1. In 2009, we started Nursing College. In the initial year of the college, we were given permission for 60 seats for Nursing GNM. Later in the coming years, we were given permission for B.Sc. with 80 seats, M.Sc. with 10 seats & Paramedical with 50 seats. In total we have the permission of 200 seats for the nursing college.
2. In 2012, we started Pharmacy College & in 2016, we opened a second branch of Pharmacy College in the University campus. At the present scenario, the society holds permission for 120 seats for D Pharmacy & 100 seats for B Pharmacy.
3. The society own two hospitals consisting 100 beds each in service for the people.

Alhamdulillah, there are 900 students who are running successful careers in nursing, para medical, pharmacy & out of which, 174 students are serving in government hospitals, like AIIMS, etc. The ideas & achievements of these students are shared & discussed across Rajasthan's best nursing & pharmacy colleges.

VISIONS
Our vision is to provide educational & employment opportunities to the weaker sections of the society. In order to achieve our goal, we shall make a small target to students who are pursuing 12th with Science & to those who are preparing & to those are not preparing for NEET, we shall with help of counseling, try bringing as many enrollments as possible in B.Sc. Nursing, DMLT & Pharmacy. We can also offer GNM Nursing course to Art's students. There are chances for girls to get enrolled to ANM.

HELPING H&S
Since all the stated courses are professional courses, & fees are high. It gets difficult for families belonging from poor section of the society to afford these professional courses. The meritorious student may reimburse around half the fees from the Government minority / SJE scholarship, but should not expect to get much. The only way to solve the issue is through noble way, i.e., Zakat

For meeting the requirements, we ask you to help in giving financial support through Zakat. If we are successful in providing 50% to the parents of these poor families, & in fact 75% fee for a girl scholar then there are high possibilities that we might meet our goal of increasing number of enrollments. For the admissions students can be provided with sponsored fees.

Following stated is the fees structure for each course. The fees structure is decided by the government, though there might be minor variations in structure of fees state wise.

Fees:

• GNM Nursing : 3 year, Rs.1.50 Lakh
• B.Sc. Nursing: 4 year, Rs.2.80 Lakh
• ANM Nursing: 2 year, Rs. 0.5 lakh
• D. Pharmacy : 2 year, Rs. 1.24 Lakh
• B.Pharmacy : 4 year, Rs. 2.0 Lakh

By looking at the above fees structure, we can say that low investment will give amazing results. If these professional courses are provided at a lower rate, one boy or girl can help in changing the situations of a single poor family. This is the best way to utilize the noble cause of Zakat in the best possible way.

PROCESS
To begin with the admission process, we must create a whatsApp group, titled, Admission for Nursing & people from different states who are voluntarily willing to work can join the group.

Data of all the students from Bio Science stream can be collected from all the states across the country & personally contacted. Motivational discussion & parents' counseling can also be done if needed. For the whole process to operate smoothly, a team can be formed. A list of Nursing colleges operating across the country will be made available so that the students can enroll themselves in the nearby colleges.

हेल्थकेयर एजुकेशन के माध्यम से बेहतर भविष्य की ओर एक कदम
कोरोना महामारी ने पूरी दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्था को बहुत नुक़सान पहुंचाया है, लेकिन हर तबाही के साथ कुछ नए मौके भी सामने आते हैं। उसमें है पब्लिक हेल्थ। इस वबा ने पूरी दुनिया को जो असल सबक़ सिखाया है, कि मानव जीवन की हिफाज़त फौज से नहीं बल्कि अस्पताल, डॉक्टर, नर्सिंग स्टाफ, दवाइयों से होती है। एक न दिखनेवाले वाइरस ने बडी ताक़त और तरक़्क़ी याफ्ता देशों को भी घुटनों पर ला दिया।
इस महामारी में जो इज़्ज़त हेल्थ प्रोफ़ेशन से जुड़े लोगों को मिली उसके आगे सभी तरह के प्रोफ़ेशन बोने साबित हुए। यक़ीनन आने वाला दौर हैल्थ अवयेरनेस का होगा।
हेल्थ सेक्टर को लेकर मारवाड़ मुस्लिम एजुकेशनल एंड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी ने पिछले सालों में जो काम किया वो आपकी खिदमत में पेश है।
1. 2009 में एक नर्सिंग कॉलेज शुरू किया जिसमें पहले साल Nursing GNM की 60 सीटों पर इजाज़त मिली, इसे आगे बढ़ाते हुए BSc की 80 सीट व Msc की 10 सीट और Para Medical 50 सीट के साथ Total 200 सीट्स अभी college के पास हैं।
2. 2012 में Pharmacy कॉलेज शुरू किया गया, 2016 में University में दूसरा कॉलेज शुरू हुआ, सोसाइटी के पास इस वक़्त D Pharma 120 और B Pharma की 100 सीट्स हैं
3. सोसाइटी इस वक़्त 100-100 Beds के दो हॉस्पिटल से अवाम को खिदमात अंजाम दे रही है।
अल्हम्दुलिल्लाह पिछले साल तक आपके इन इदारों से 900 स्टूडेन्ट पास होकर जॉब कर रहे हैं। उसमें भी 174 Govt. हॉस्पिटल में खिदमत अंजाम दे रहे हैं। इन इदारों का राजस्थान के बेस्ट Nursing और Pharmacy college में शुमार होता हैं।
अब में आपकी तवज्जोह After Covid-19 की तरफ ले जाता हों। अगले 15-20 सालों तक हमारी केंद्रीय और प्रदेशिक सरकारों की तवज्जोह पब्लिक हैल्थ की तरफ लाज़िमन ज़ियादा रहेगी, बजट भी बढ़ाया जाएगा। अभी Rajasthan सरकार ने प्रोबेशन पर जितने नर्सिंग स्टाफ को रखा हुआ था उन सबको परमानेंट कर दिया है और यह तादाद नो हज़ार से ज्यादा है। नई वेकंसी की तैयारी की जा रही है। हमारे देश में तो पहले ही Nursing सेक्टर में 3 मिलयन अफ़राद की कमी है।
जहां तक Pharmacist का मामला है, उसकी job opportunity सब से बेहतर है, किसी भी गांव, क़स्बे या शहर में अपना ड्रग स्टोर (chemist shop) खोल ले, लोगों ने तो साथ ही जनरल/provision स्टोर तक खोल रखे हैं।
इस वक़्त एक छोटा सा टारगेट हम सामने रखें, पूरे मुल्क में इस साल हमारे जिन बच्चों ने 12th Boilogy से दिया है वो चाहे वो NEET दे रहे हों या न (ज़्यादातर बच्चे दो तीन दफा नीट में कोशिश करने के बाद Nursing या Pharmacy की तरफ आते हैं) उन सबको काउंसिलिंग करके B Sc Nursing, DMLT या Pharmacy में admission दिलाया जाए। आर्ट्स स्टूडेंट्स को GNM Nursing कोर्स कराया जा सकता है। लड़कियों के लिए ANM बनने का चांस ज्यादा हे।
अब थोड़ा finance का मसला, चूंकि ये सभी Professional कोर्सेस हैं, ग़रीब आदमी के लिए फीस का इनतेज़ाम भारी होती है। Meritorious स्टूडेंट को Government minority/SJE स्कोलरशिप से क़रीब आधी फीस रेअम्बर्स हो सकती है, मगर उसकी मिलने की ज़ियादा उम्मीद नहीं करनी चाहिए। एक ही रास्ता बचता है, ज़कात, इस नेक मक़सद के लिए हमारे मालदार लोगों को आगे आना होगा। अगर ग़रीब पेरेंट्स को 50% तक financial सपोर्ट मिल जाए तो बडी तादाद में बच्चे दाखिले के लिए आगे आजाएँगे, हमें इस नेक काम में ज़कात सदक़ात के फंड का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए। ज़ाती तोर पर एक एक स्टूडेंट को उसकी फीस sponsored की जा सकती है।
नीचे इन सभी कोर्सेस की फीस की डिटेल दी जा रही है। फीस सरकार दुवारा तय की जाती है, स्टेट वाइज़ कुछ फर्क़ हो सकता है।
