Need your assistance to pay the balance fee of just 6000 of my 2nd year MSc (CS)

I am a student of MSc (CS) from Aurangabad, I have passed my first year. Now I am in my second year. Due to lockdown, I am not able to pay the remaining fees of my college. My total fees are 35000 RS per Year. including two sem exams my single exam fees 750 RS.
My father is working in a daily needs shop, my family's condition is not good. I have paid my maximum fees but now my family condition is not well due to this I am not able to pay the remaining 6000 RS only

MISC Fees: 7000 RS
Exam Fees: 1500 RS (Both Sem)
