Help me with my final year exam fee of MA in Arabic - fee is 4575, unfortunately, unaffordable to me

AssalamuAlaikum,

I am studying in the new college, Chennai.
& this is my third degree & also I am the first graduate in my family. Previously I have completed the B.COM GENERAL., B.A. ARABIC LITERATURE first class with distinction in the new college. Now, this is my final year of my master degree M.A. ARABIC LITERATURE in the new college.

Currently, my family situation is suffered from a corona p&emic situation. My brother lost his job during the corona lockdown period. We are struggling with many family expenses & now suddenly college management is asking to pay their student's exam fees. The fees of examination are very high & it is five plus times more while comparing to other colleges. It makes again more struggle. I am maintaining my family expenses with my part-time job. In the p&emic period of lockdown- it makes very struggle. I am a married student & having children & living as a joint family.
