Darsgah-e-Islami (Inter College) at Mughalpura, Faizabad caters to mostly poor students & orphans. Normally the fees paid by other students would help subsidize the orphans. But the P&emic has affected the collection of the fee & hence needs help for its orphan students.

Darsgah-e-Islami (Inter College) Mughalpura, Faizabad (www.darsgahcollege.org) is a Muslim minority unaided institution providing basic Islamic (Nazira Qur'an Pak, Seeart & Deeniyat) along with modern education up to class 12th to the children (mostly Muslims) of Faizabad, majority of whom come from very poor families who cannot support expenses on the education of their children.
Our current strength is about 1700 students from Nursery to 12th. A considerable number of students apply for fee concession which school must grant so that they are not deprived of minimum basic education. The school has to spend about 4 lakh rupees annually on their Sponsorship in the form school fee, books, stationery & uniform. For this, we rely on financial help in the form of general voluntary donation &/or zakat.
There are many orphan students in this school too. Their full fee is waived for the current academic session but due to the current Covid-19 situations, our fee collection has dropped too much. We are unable to sustain the salary & other most essential recurring expenses of the school now.
We need a sponsor who may sponsor poor students so that we could manage to increase our income & be able to pay salary to our staff & meet out other expenses.
That is why this appeal with a list of only orphan students whose annual expenses may be sponsored by individuals or NGOs. This would be a great help to us. We need to raise Rs 1,24,200 for these orphan students please come forward & contribute to the same.
