Brother Lalasab Attar from Belgavi district in Karnataka lost his job to the p&emic, now he wishes to apply his learning at the job to setup his own shop.

Assalamualikum warahamatullahi wabarakatuhu,

Lalasab Attar is 27 years old & belongs to a poor family. His family financial background is very poor as his family income is less than 1 lakh, his father used to work as a daily labourer.

Due to age his father (78 years) & mother (67 years) old; both are staying at home. There are four members in his family. Earlier he was employed at a battery shop in Athani taluk of Belgavidistrict in Karnataka since 2015.

The establishment where Lalasab worked does not have work for him due to the lockdown & Lalasab wants to put his experience gained from the employmentto good use by starting his own business, he has identifieda shop (in the town's main road) where he wants to set shop & sell batteries (automotive, inverter & UPS). & pay advance for the shop.

The total cost of setting up would be approximately Rs 1,00,000. At India Zakat, we are trying to raise Rs 50,000 for the same & have advised him to reduce the number of spare parts that he is planning to buy initially. Instead, purchase more quantity as he is shop gets established.
