Hazrath Zakir Ahmed Shaik Rashadhi was diagnosed with coronary disease (copy of the diagnosis reports
are attached herewith.

He'll be admitted to Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain Hospital, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560052 on 14-Sep-2021 & he'll be operated on the 16-Sep-2021 (In Shaa Allaah). Doctors have estimated the gross fees for surgery/operation will bearound 5.5 Lacs INR (Rs. 5,50,000) & 2.5 Lakhs has been arranged already.

Need urgent support from kind donors for Rs 3 lakhs for the surgery & associated costs
