I am Nasim Khanfrom Mohanpur, Saharsa (Bihar). I am adaily wages labourer,I am a paint labourer. I have five Daughters & three Sons. My Wife is a homemaker. Two of my sons got injured in an accident & are permanently disabled. One of my sons is admitted to Safdarjung hospital (New Delhi). His Abdomen Intestine is damaged & treatment is going on at Safdarjung Hospital. We are suffering from a huge financial crunch & mental pressure to sustain.
My two-heart arteries are blocked, one is 100% & the other is 40% blocked. The doctor has prescribed surgery to cure Heart Vein Blockage. The operation has to be conducted at Civil Hospital, Gurgaon.

I require Rs 1,25,000 for the operation to be deposited for the surgery to be initiated at the earliest
